Someday her Prince will come....

Black and White Wednesdays are so much fun, go to The Long Road to China to play along!
We have a pond close to our home, every Spring we go frog hunting, the girls net them and release them.
This day was so sweet as Jillian talked to her frog and kissed it, telling it she would come back and visit it someday.
Someday her Prince will come..

Black and White Wednesdays.

The flight home, I love how the natural lighting from the windows shone softly on my baby girl's face.
This was taken this last Summer, I can't believe we just celebrated our fourth "Gotcha Day" with baby girl.
Jilly-bean is the light of my life, her smile could melt a glacier, her laugh is contagious and she has such a beautiful little soul.

For more beautiful B&W shots or to add your own go to visit this wonderful lady's site, The Long Road to China.

Monkey Chatter.

It seems like I never have enough time anymore to visit my blog and update as much as I'd like, never enough hours in my day!
Jill has just recently turned 5, she had a wonderful birthday party with 4 of her classmates. Not surprising to us, she wanted a cooking party(this girl will be an amazing little chef someday, writing her own cookbooks), we made pizza, cupcakes and had so much decorating with a million sprinkles adding color to my kitchen floor!LOL!
We are continuing to see changes in our baby girl, her speech has been slowly improving(starting another round of therapy soon), she has grown a couple of inches and is enjoying school immensely.
Her Santa list this year includes Bakugans, a coat for Charlie and a DS! I bet this good girl will be getting a few things on her list, wink....

Jen is doing fantastic, working hard on her piano and theory, excelling in her studies and still finds some time to enjoy her Brownie outings. Recently to my surprise she just finished reading Narnia, she is reading presently at a grade 3 or 4 level!! Amazing!! It warms my heart to see how much she is enjoying and loving their new puppy Charlie, I wouldn't be surprised if this soft hearted monkey didn't grow up and study to be a vet, she is like the animal whisperer.
Her Christmas wish list was a coat and toys for Charlie and some books. Santa will be good to her, I just know it...

Charlie's angels..

A man's best friend indeed.

My big girl just enrolled into Brownies, she loves it!

The girls are so in love with their Charlie. It didn't take long for him to figure the girls out. He goes to Jill for some good ol' play time, rough housing and fun, he goes to Jen for a loving, warm lap to curl up in. Either way, he loves his angels...
