The tale of Mr. Toad.
One of my monkeys favorite summer pastime is catching toads and frogs.
There have been lots of toads in the yard this year so there have been some happy girls.

Wash your hands or you will get warts... that is not true.. Growing up that is what we did too.. catch toads and frog and play with them...I have never had a wart..

Please let me know how you do your collages. They are amazing. I especially love the title one. The Chinese one. WOW.
You are so talented

We don't have many toads around here, my son likes to catch turtles. It's all fantastic summer fun!
how fun! Better frogs than snakes!
Love the header. You are so creative!
You can't beat a good frog... or bug... forget the biting ones though...
Eww! Your girls are brave... ;)
My son does frogs and lightening bugs around here......I can handle the lightening bugs, but the frogs.....freak me out a bit....we have had one or two get loose and end up hopping in to the house through the garage!
The girls look like they are very excited with their matching toads in their little homes.....too cute!

I love how you said you imagined your girls in pink and bows, I do to except that my imagination has them dressed to the nines in tulle and running in mud! HA
Cute pics.
that is just adorable. Some things just never change. I remember catching tadpoles!
Lovely post.

You know, Kerri would be right there with your girls, and I would be hanging from the chandelier somewhere, terrified!
You are such a great Mom to let them have their own interests.
The girls are so cute! The little toads are cute too... that last toad pic made me laugh... we have lots of them at our house I even talk to them. lol It is always the same thing... "Hello little toad... eat lots of bugs." I just think they are cute but it does kind of make me laugh that I talk to them.....
Happy Summer friend!
Happy Friday. What pretty sunflowers in your garden!!!!:)
those are actually very cute toads! I collected snakes when I was a kid (props to my mom for putting up with THAT phase!! And for teaching me how to recognize the non-poisonous kind!)
Mr Toad "Toadie" looks like one cool toad. Hope the girls are having fun.
Hugs,
Jonni
